Please note, corporate checks are not accepted. * Contributions in the amount of $100 or less must include the donor's name and address. ** Contributions of $101 to $500 must also include donor's occupation and employer.  A limit of $500 per donor is allowed per candidate for the state Assembly.  Donations are not tax-deductible.
